Prime Select AI & Product-Demand Analytics

Prime Select Lab offers an AI virtual assistant called Prime Select AI. Messages you submit to the assistant are transmitted to our server and to our AI service provider so a response can be generated. Prime Select Lab does not intentionally store full chat transcripts in its product-demand analytics database.

We may retain structured interaction signals such as whether a named product was requested, whether that product is currently in our catalog, the general wellness category, purchase-intent stage, page path, seller-link clicks, browser locale, and optional country or age range that you choose to provide. These signals help us understand catalog demand and improve the website.

Do not provide diagnoses, symptoms, medication details, pregnancy information or other sensitive medical information for marketing or product-discovery purposes. Our product-demand system is designed not to retain such details as named-product analytics.
